Introduction

This document represents the Terms and Conditions of using the services provided by WeDev Experts, a full-service WordPress agency that offers website design, development, maintenance, and optimization services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service Agreement

WeDev Experts agrees to provide website design, development, maintenance, and optimization services to the client, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Project Scope

The scope of the project, including deliverables and timelines, will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties. Any changes or additions to the project scope must be approved by both parties in writing and may result in additional fees.

Fees and Payments

The client agrees to pay WeDev Experts the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered, as outlined in the proposal or contract. Fees may be paid in installments or as a lump sum, as agreed upon by both parties.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, including text, images, and other content, in a timely manner. The client also agrees to cooperate with WeDev Experts to facilitate the completion of the project.

Ownership and Copyright

The client retains ownership of all content provided to WeDev Experts for use in the project. WeDev Experts retains ownership of all design elements and source code developed for the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality

WeDev Experts agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the client’s consent.

Warranties and Limitations of Liability

WeDev Experts warrants that the services provided will be of a professional quality and consistent with industry standards. However, WeDev Experts shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to consequential damages, arising from the use of or inability to use the services provided.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client shall pay WeDev Experts for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which WeDev Experts is located.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WeDev Experts, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the client’s use of the services provided by WeDev Experts.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Force Majeure

WeDev Experts shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, and war.

Amendments

WeDev Experts reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting on WeDev Experts’ website.
